I've seen them not wear hair nets and gloves and one time saw someone wiping their nose. However, my complaint is just how slow the service is continually. Today i got back from ordering three ice creams and spent 14 minutes in the drive through. It usually takes about 6 to 8 minutes for me but today was slower and no apology. Poor service consistently. Great ice cream though.September 30, 2016
